As the Voice for Real Estate, the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS*. Inc. promotes the growth and development of our members and champions private property rights and equal housing.
Incorporated in 1977, EPBR has a long history of working on behalf of the real estate industry and providing a variety of services to its members and the community.

SC Studios is a full-service creative agency based in Martinsburg, WV, serving businesses across the Eastern Panhandle and the greater WV/VA/MD tri-state corridor. From our 5,000 sq ft production facility—the only stage of its scale in the region—our 12-person team specializes in high-impact real estate and commercial property media: professional photography, cinematic video tours, drone/aerial work, and the listing and marketing assets that help properties move faster and command stronger offers.
Beyond the shoot, we handle branding, web design, and digital advertising to give agents, brokerages, and developers a complete marketing package under one roof. With big-production capability and the personal attention of a locally rooted studio, we help the region's real estate professionals make every property look its absolute best.
