2017 REALTOR® Awards
The 2017 REALTOR® Awards were held Friday March 10, 2017 at Heritage Hall located in Inwood, WV. Kerry Whitehead of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties was presented the top honor of 2017 REALTOR® of the Year. Charla Cody of ERA Liberty was presented with the Humanitarian Award and Quintez McDonald-Gibson of Integrity Mortgage was presented with the Affiliate of the Year.

128 local REALTORS® were inducted into the 2015 Top Producers Club by achieving 2.5 million in volume or 15 Transactions for 2015. Other awards also presented were, the Humanitarian Award presented to Peggy Burcker, the Affiliate of the Year presented to Gail Moxley and Rich Buhrman.

Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® Held Its 1st Annual Bowling Event
Our first annual Bowling event was held with all proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Panhandle. The committee chose to honor Alex Kemnitzer who was tragically killed in a car accident in February 2015.

10th Annual Golf Tournament to Benefit Habitat for Humanity
The Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors recently had its 10th annual golf tournament to benefit Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Panhandle, raising about $6,000. The event took place June 25 and was another successful fundraiser sponsored by EPBR to benefit the tri-county Habitat chapter that serves Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties.
