Change is good. Especially when it comes from you!

The Strategic Planning Committee has been working with your input over the past few months to develop a comprehensive plan for the future of EPBR. Meeting your needs has been in the forefront of the committee’s work and they are nearing completion. Once the plan is completed and adopted, it will be shared with everyone and used as a road map to serve the membership, stay current with our industry, and meet our national standards.

Another big change on the horizon is the transition to the new Bright MLS format. Although we may not have asked for this one, we’re already reaping the benefits of reduced subscription rates. We still have yet to look forward to a more intuitive, feature rich platform for our use and to better serve our clients.

Being the kind of people who get things done, our members have been busy this year organizing education classes, raising money for our communities, and improving communications. We’ll share insights into all of this and more at our Annual Meeting.

Join us as we celebrate our work, our future, and each other!

Election day is September 11th.  Ballots will be emailed on September 1st.

September is REALTOR® Safety month. At the R.E.D.S Lunch and Learn on September 12th, 11:30 – 1:00, guest speakers from the Martinsburg Police Department will be presenting the program. You don’t want to miss it!

As a reminder, 2019 dues billing orders will be sent to your Broker on September 15th.  Orders are already available for payment online.  Please remember, some members will have two invoices because of the NAR and WVAR Dues increase. Total dues for 2019 is $909.00 which includes the voluntary RPAC contribution and you Sentrilock Service.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Board Office.

The Board Office has a REALTOR® Store. We sell sign riders, info paks, t-shirts and more. If we don’t have what you need in stock… we can order it for a discounted price.

TIP: If you that you are going into an area that does not have good Cell service, before you leave, just open up your Sentri Smart app on your phone.  This will allow the Bluetooth to be activated so when you go to open the lockbox, your phone will talk with the lockbox by Bluetooth and you won’t need the cell service.

REMEMBER… Anytime you have an issue your Sentrilock whether it is a lockbox, SentriCard or SentriSmart App -Please ALWAYS call Support first 513-618-5800.  They will be able to troubleshoot the problem and provide instructions for you.
