Thank you!! The year is flying by and everyone is busy, but EPBR Members have made time recently to support each other and our community. The Playhouse Project was a super group effort bringing together builders, home inspectors and REALTORS® to raise $3,200 for the Children’s Home Society and Shenandoah Women’s Shelter. And the Bowling Tournament was HOT this year – literally, the bowling alley had no AC, but the beer was cold! We had a great mix of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, REALTORS®, and friends for a fun afternoon. Everyone brought a great attitude and lots of spirit. Still waiting on the final numbers, but it was a huge success thanks to our sponsors and bowlers. There’s still plenty more work to be done and fun to be had this year. Mark your calendar for our Annual Meeting, September 19th. The program will feature an update on our Strategic Planning process and news on our transition to Bright MLS. You won’t want to miss it. In the meantime, hopefully you’ve noticed more communication coming from EPBR and our increasing social media presence. Get engaged, we don’t want you to miss a thing! Patti Sherwood President Heather Sprenger – Blackwell Realty Project Playhouse is a collaborative initiative to build playhouses by the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® and community volunteers.
