EPBR ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP
Any Eastern Panhandle student planning to attend a College, University or Tech School upon graduation is eligible to apply for the scholarship. This year EPBR presented eight Scholarship to local High School Students. Below are four of the students that received the award.
UNITED WAY CELEBRATES CAMPAIGN ACHIEVEMENT

United Way of the Eastern Panhandle officially closed the 2018 Campaign Year with its Annual Celebration, held Wednesday, May 29 at the Holiday Inn Martinsburg.
Eighty-one community members, partner agency representatives, and board members were in attendance as supportive businesses and individuals were recognized for their contributions to the United Way campaign.
The Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors was honored with the Spirit of Giving Award for increasing their giving by 64% from the previous year. They also received the Rising Star Award that were presented to twelve area businesses that achieved a 5% or more increase in campaign contributions.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASSES
As part of the strategic plan initiative EPBR will be providing more member education. The education committee has created the brand-new professional development series of 2 hour classes on a variety of topics.

NATIONAL REAL ESTATE ETHICS DAY
EPBR will host a live broadcast for members to fulfill the NAR Code of ethics requirement for the Biennial period 2019-2020 June 27th, 1-4 p.m. at Shepherd University Martinsburg Campus. No Cost to members. Sign up today to reserve you seat.
