BUILDING COMMITTEE

Responsible for all maintenance and updates to the Board Office.
BUSINESS PARTNER COMMITTEE
This special committee meets as needed to ensure the Partnership Program is running well; Reviews current Partnership Opportunities and recommends changes to the program. Also, recruits possible new partners.
COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE
Meets monthly
This committee is tasked with helping to support and run a multitude of community organizations. Including but not limited to: Food Pantries, Backpack Program, Shenandoah Women’s Center, Children’s Home Society, Habitat for Humanity
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
Meets monthly
This committee is tasked with the overall education of local real estate agents. They put on events for continuing education, lunch and learns, and technology training. As well as providing scholarship funds to local high school students.
Subcommittees Include: Scholarship, REDS, Orientation
This committee is tasked with handling the voting in of new officers/directors to ensure a fair election.
ELECTIONS COMMITTEE
This standing committee of 6 REALTOR® Members and 1 Chairperson meets annually to prepare paperwork for the election of Officers and Directors. They are responsible for counting votes on Election Day.
FORMS & LEGAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Meets monthly
This committee designs and drafts legally compliant and understandable forms for the members. This can include: contracts, addendums, rental agreements
LEGISLATIVE/RPAC COMMITTEE
Meets as needed
This committee is tasked with educating members on upcoming legislation that may impact the industry as well ensuring members are registered to vote.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Meets monthly
This committee reviews all applications for new membership, REALTOR® or Affiliate.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE

This committee creates the slate of Officers/Directors to on.
PROGRAMS COMMITTEE
Meets as needed
This committee is responsible for the coordination and planning of all events. These events included: Installation Banquets, Awards Celebration, and Annual Membership Meeting.
PUBLIC RELATIONS/WEB PAGE COMMITTEE
Meets monthly
This committee is responsible for the maintenance of the EPBR website, as well any forms of external communication including email and social media.
STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE
This special committee meets as needed to evaluate factors which may influence the profession and the Association; recommends programs, services and solutions to meet the future needs of the members and the association.
